Business Analyst

Trust In SODA have partnered with well-known Public-Sector institution, who are beginning a major initiative around Identity and Access Management.

As such, they require an experienced business analyst help them fil in gaps, understand where they are, plan how they can improve users' experience.

This position will be a real mix of business and data analysis, factfinding, stakeholder engagement and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Documenting types of people / personas vs entitlements.
• Capturing processes for; Joiners, movers and leavers and how their entitlements change.
• Build up requirements for Education and Student Enquiries (EASE) function re-alignment.
• Build requirements for the visitor and contingent workers information management solution.

Experience and Skills

• Capturing and reviewing user journeys, processes and / or state-machine diagrams
• Process improvement
• Familiar with identity processes.
• Strong stakeholder management: experience of collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to understand and articulate issues or ideas.
• Good presentation skills
