Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Housing Options Officer on behalf of our Midlands based client

Duties of the Housing Options Officer include:

• To investigate, assess, assist, and advise customers on their housing options
• To work with clients to prevent homelessness
• Assisting clients to keep their existing accommodation or to get alternative accommodation
• Provide tenancy, rights to occupation, welfare, and benefits advice to clients
• Ensure that potential safeguarding issues involving both adults and children are identified, and appropriate actions are taken

The ideal Housing Options Officer will have:

• Experience dealing with Section 184 decisions
• Previous experience working within a housing organisation (Desirable)
