Business IT Systems Manager - 6 months+ - Remote/UK



For a large client in the education and training industry I am looking for a Business IT Systems Manager for a 6 month remote contract.



 The Role

• Responsible for the development and implementation of solution roadmaps
  
• Work as the business relationship link between business units and IT teams
  
• Develop and maintain platform enhancements in line with budgets
  
• Liaise with cross functional teams and stakeholders at different levels on decisions, project information and business and project initiatives
  
• Work with the business to identify and definite opportunities and prioritise projects and tasks
  
• Sharing knowledge of technology opportunities and risks to improve effectiveness and efficiency 
  
• Advise business stakeholders on IT matters
  
• Support technology product delivery 
  
• Utilise the appropriate technologies and ensure that customers have the solution in place
  

Your Skills

• Experience in a similar IT business systems manager role
  
• Strong technical background with excellent experience of business applications and reporting systems
  
• Experience supporting platforms and continuous development
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Functional and technical background
  
• Ability to manage priorities and balance both long and short term needs
