Next Ventures are current executing a search for an Italian FI/CO consultant/solution architect who understands the legal & Tax requirements in Italy. It will be a relative short project 3 months.
Start within the next 1-2 weeks
Location Italy ,bologna (Remote working) there may be a need to visit client site for 1 workshop.
The consultant would provide remote to support the Central Team in Denmark who are building the Italian solution, which is a SAP S4 Hana Finance Solution only. So a pure SAP Finance expert that is what is need who can help with the customization of the legal & Tax requirements in Italy.
Being an SAP FI CO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) consultant specializing in localization for Italy involves understanding and implementing SAP solutions that comply with Italian financial and legal requirements.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
Stay updated on the latest financial and accounting regulations in Italy.
Ensure that SAP configurations align with the legal requirements for financial reporting, taxation, and compliance in Italy.
Taxation:
Understand the Italian tax system, including VAT (Value Added Tax), income tax, and other applicable taxes.
Configure SAP FI CO modules to handle Italian tax codes, tax reporting, and electronic filing requirements.
Financial Accounting (FI):
Configure SAP FI modules to support Italian Chart of Accounts and financial statement reporting.
Implement solutions for electronic invoicing and reporting, if applicable.
Controlling (CO):
Set up cost accounting structures that align with Italian business practices.
Ensure proper allocation of costs and revenues according to Italian accounting standards.
Localization of Reports:
Customize standard SAP reports to meet Italian statutory reporting requirements.
Develop any additional reports necessary for compliance or management reporting.
Currency and Exchange Rate Management:
Handle multiple currencies and manage exchange rates in accordance with Italian regulations.
Payroll Integration:
Collaborate with SAP HR and Payroll consultants to ensure payroll processes adhere to Italian labor and payroll regulations.
Documentation and Training:
Create documentation for SAP FI CO configurations specific to Italy.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and other stakeholders to ensure proper utilization of the SAP system.
Support and Upgrades:
Provide ongoing support to resolve issues related to SAP FI CO modules.
Stay informed about SAP updates and releases, ensuring that the system remains compliant with changing Italian regulations.
Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SAP FI CO landscape.
Having strong communication skills, both in English and Italian, is crucial to effectively collaborate with local teams and ensure successful SAP implementation. Additionally, being adaptable to changes in regulations and technology will contribute to the long-term success of your role as an SAP FI CO consultant for localization in Italy.
